The first joint project in a small brook valley in the Pfalz is where the name of our company cames from. We combine our many years of experience in the IT, start-up and retail environment with our expertise in the fields of HR and management consulting. Our team also has a high level of social competence, which is necessary to accompany the sensitive change processes at our clients.

Manager, consultant and entrepreneur. From 2003 Helmut Merkel was chairman of the management board of Karstadt Warenhaus AG. At KarstadtQuelle AG he was responsible for the IT department and until 2005 he was Director of Human Resources.
